Cancellation policy

Customers who enroll in a subscription or recurring purchase option through Get A Grip can manage their subscription at any time through their personalized customer portal.

After placing a subscription order, customers will receive an email containing access to their subscription management portal. Through this portal, customers can:

  • Skip upcoming orders
  • Reschedule deliveries
  • Update payment or shipping information
  • Pause subscriptions
  • Cancel subscriptions at any time

To avoid being charged for the next recurring order, cancellations or changes must be made before the next billing date.

Once a recurring order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded under the subscription cancellation policy.
