Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders may not be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time for all orders is 3-5 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Get A Grip is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Get A Grip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
